Hot shortstop has been in love with the team's athletic trainer since her first day of work, but sadly, she was engaged. It’s 3 years later, and she’s single! So they (drunkenly) get hitched in Vegas! And then they’re like… wait, let’s just stay married for this baseball season (for a bunch of reasons I can’t get into, but it makes sense in the moment!). I love B.R.A.D. plots!!

I thought this story was sweet and steamy. Isaiah is a total dreamboat! This is book 3 in the Windy City series, but can be read standalone. My favorite book in the series remains The Right Move (Ryan/Indy), but they are all delightful… if not a litttttttle long (unpopular opinion, I know!). Rio’s book is the next and final in the series… woohoo for Rio, but sad for us that this series is coming to an end!
