I am 28, and I couldn’t put down this YA novel!

I love a good romance novel, no matter the intended audience! This book was über sweet and will leave you feeling like you have a big, fat high school crush. If you are thinking to yourself, “I am a grown ass woman and would rather read a good B.R.A.D.* than a YA novel,” then I encourage you to pick this up for your teenage niece/cousin** who is stuck home, remote learning, and probably up to her ears in snow (and TikTok!). You will immediately become the “cool aunt”.

I cannot in good faith pair a YA novel with an alcoholic beverage, so please enjoy this book with a churro. I realize this may sound like a tall order, but churros are incredibly easy to make! And they smell delicious!! Another feather in your cool aunt hat!
