We are getting spoiled this summer in the beach reads department! The Siren is another impossible-to-put-down book that will keep you riveted, poolside, oceanside, or lakeside.
This book IS GOOD! Written by @thekatstjohn, who wrote Lion’s Den (which we all loved last summer!!), this is the perfect escapist thriller. Set on a gorgeous tropical island, this story follows the shooting of Hollywood’s soon-to-be hottest movie, The Siren. Just like Lion’s Den, we have the beauty of many different POVs, some romance mixed with thriller, incredible twists & turns, and all the glitz and glamor of Hollywood.
This story MUST be enjoyed from a swoon-worthy location. Pictured here is Spring Lake’s most incredible accommodation, @the_lilley_mansion. Like this book, The Lilley is the perfect decadent escape. They even have The Lion’s Den on their shelves!
The Siren is perfectly paired with the Caribbean Sunset ( 1/4 cup coconut rum, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1 Tbs. lime juice, 1 Tbs. grenadine, 1/2 cup lemon lime soda, fresh pineapple slices, lime slices), which will transport you right to the (fictional!) island of St. Genesius
