Things I would save in a fire: THIS BOOK
This is the story of Cassie Hanwell, badass female firefighter. Seriously… bad ass Cassie transfers to a tough old school Boston firehouse and has to prove herself to the boys club. Oh, and there is a total dreamboat guy distracting her. This book is not as fluffy as you’d think. It explores grief, love, loss, and forgiveness. I love this book and the tone it was written in. Take a break from your thrillers and try this one.
