I am obsessed with this novelette. I am obsessed with the word "novelette." I am obsessed with Connor Stella! This is a steamy, scrumptious little story that packs quite a punch for 78 pages! It is the PERFECT book to read before New Year’s Eve. Yes, this couple celebrates NYE, but the whole Risk Worth Taking of it all is really a great mindset as we enter 2025. Sorry, I don’t get my New Year’s motivation from self-help books; I get it from B.R.A.D.s (jk, there are a lot of self-help books I’m sure I would benefit from 😜).

I’m not even going to give you the synopsis; just trust me! Boy meets girl! They kiss (and a lot more, it is explicit... so much so that my husband was embarrassed I was reading it on a plane after he peeked over my shoulder!). Also, it’s short but perfectly done, it doesn’t leave you wanting more... in a GOOD way!
