If you’re looking for a light, sweet, & sexy romance, LOOK NO FURTHER. I just had so much fun reading this book. Our love interests communicated clearly! Lots of swoon-worthy dialogue! The leading man looks like Henry Cavill! What more can I say!?

Sophie Steinback was supposed to marry a total D-bag, but she couldn’t call off the wedding (long story!), so she hired a guy to object at the wedding. Are you still with me?! Well, this guy and she hit it off AS FRIENDS (👀), and, long story short, they decided to be wedding objectors together. It’s not as convoluted as it sounds!

I thought the premise was fun and refreshing. There’s some fake dating, but not in the way we’re used to seeing. I loved that the leading woman was a badass career woman who knew what she wanted! Also, her roommates were the stars of the show for me. It’s not a B.R.A.D., but it is open door in a way that is not… overly detailed? Basically, B.R.A.D. and non-B.R.A.D. Lovers will be happy (I think!). I am new to this author and am officially a fan, so tell me what to read next from her!
