Let's Kiss and Tell

my review : ✮✮✮

Fake Dating set at a newspaper company! Smart people being sexy! This was very highly anticipated for me, as I absolutely loved It’s Different This Time, but I won’t belabor the point: I wasn’t obsessed with it!

This book follows sex columnist Lucy, whose column has had a bit of a dip in readership, and her boss tells her that she needs to write some stories less focused on sex and more focused on relationships. She panics and says this feedback is perfectly timed, as she’s recently gotten into a new relationship! But she hasn’t! Enter: totally hot Marshall, a serious news reporter who she ropes into fake dating her in exchange for being a plus-one to his ex’s wedding.

Every sentence of the synopsis is so up my alley, but when it came down to it, I just wasn’t as obsessed as I wanted to be! As I always say, life would be so boring if we all liked the same things, so there’s a very good chance you’ll love this! I am just one girl with an opinion!

you’ll love this book if you love:

  • Fake dating

  • Books about journalists

  • Books set in LA
