This is a Below Deck inspired B.R.A.D.! Our leading lady is the chief stew, embarking on a charter season set on the Amalfi Coast and being filmed for reality TV. She’s shocked to learn the chef on board is none other than Finn, her ex who broke her heart and who she never thought she’d see again. The entire book feels like an episode of Below Deck! For the majority of this book, the leading man was in a relationship, so every romantic thing he did really gave me the ick. I am totally fine with infidelity in fiction if the story is good, but the infidelity in this book just felt easy to avoid! Break up with your girlfriend, Finn!
