The PREMISE of this book is enough to keep you up at night. Imagine you are a parent and you get a call from someone saying they’ve kidnapped your child. In order to get them back, you have to pay a ransom AND kidnap another child. Welcome to the chain.

I couldn’t stop talking to people about this book! It is truly disturbing to imagine the lengths you would go to save your child.

This book was impossible to put down, chilling, and a perfect creepy thriller. I couldn’t put it down!!!! I am a freak for multiple POVs - I love them!!!

Very fast-moving, some elements were a little over the top, but HELLO, it’s a thriller, so just suspend your disbelief, baby!

I would pair this book with two fingers of a nice scotch. The characters in this book seemed to always be drinking it, which worried me a little, like HELLO, your daughter is kidnapped, and now you need to kidnap someone! Is this the time for a delicious single malt??
