The Collective

The Collective - Alison Gaylin

my review : ✮✮✮✮

This book is batshit crazy.

A truly entertaining and twisted wicked story that I’m a bit breathless from.

Camille Gardener is a grieving mother who is obsessed with the privileged young man who she believes is responsible for her daughter’s death. When she gets invited to a secret group of women who all have suffered a great loss and is a place for the mothers to fantasize about revenge killings, she finally feels at home. Once she realizes this may be more than disturbed role playing, she must decide whether she wants to be a member of The Collective….. if she even has a choice.

The book did an EXCELLENT job of keeping me on my toes. This is just really good story telling. Beware, there is a lot of darkness in this one and honestly I’m glad it’s over. I’m ready to spend some time on the light side 💕
