Any time I read this book before bed, I was asleep in minutes… so if you’ve been having trouble sleeping, maybe pick this up?
This is by the same author who wrote The Devil Wears Prada … my only question is HOW. I was bored to death, and so happy this was a library book, and I didn’t spend my hard-earned money on it.
This is the story of a high-profile news anchor (think Katie Couric), her talented and bright daughter (the only character I liked), her perfect suburban SAHM sister, and a lie that ruins their perfectly crafted lives. Honestly, this is such a snooze. I want to tell you the lie just to save you the read.
Best paired with a glass of warm milk and bedtime 😴 🛌 💤
