my review : ✮✮
This book is supposed to be The Honeymooners meets The Hating Game, two books I’m obsessed with and HIGHLY recommend.
Honestly, it did not live up to the hype. The enemies-to-lovers felt a little forced, and overall, the book was just... corny? For the record, I love corny books and romance in every form... hello, this is an account dedicated to beach reads!!
I feel bad for the scathing review, and maybe this book is the victim of high expectations, but I have about 12 romance books I’d recommend before this one.
Judging by Goodreads, I am in the minority... have you read this? What do you think?
ready to rent or buy this book?
