This book is bat shit crazy. Imagine if The Two Lives of Lydia Bird was a romance mixed with a spy novel?? I normally love British writing, but there were so many inside British jokes and references to British politics that I was lost for a good portion of the book. Who knows, maybe I’m a dumb American dope!

This is a 3-part book, and 1 & 2 are great, and 3 makes no sense to me.

I found this entertaining, but I don’t think I would recommend it. Maybe if you see it at the library, you can give it a whirl?

Best enjoyed with a really strong drink (I enjoyed it with a stiff gin martini), so this all makes a bit more sense.... or so you don’t question the nonsensical bits.
